Sun Salutation A

I encourage all yoga practitioners to establish a home practice.  A home practice does not need to be a long, complicated sequence.  Sun Salutations are fabulous.  The following photo shows Suya Namaskar A.  There are many versions.  This one is simple.  Complete as many or as few rounds as you like.  Remember to breathe.  Each movement should be coordinated with the breath.  Try not to rush.  Don't forget to lay in Savasana (Corpse Pose) at the end for about 5 minutes to complete your practice.
